Support for ARIL (DMG) and ARIL Lite (Mac App Store). Ask questions, request help with setup, or report a problem — we read every message.

Typical reply within 1–2 business days. For privacy questions, use the same address (see also the Privacy Policy).

Before you write

  • OpenRouter key — Preferences → Subscription. Paste a key from openrouter.ai/keys, then Check connection.
  • Voice — Preferences → Subscription(s) needs a separate OpenAI key.
  • ARIL Lite duplicates — If you see ARIL Lite 2 / 3 in Applications, quit all copies, delete older duplicates, keep the App Store build.
